Looking for some help to build up revenue on two of my blogs

I have two blogs that I have been running for a while that I believe have the potential to bring in decent money, and I’m at the point I would like to seek some assistance with them.  One is an entertainment blog focused on sci fi television that has been going for thirteen years.  Traffic has fluctuated for that one over the years, but currently it is quite good and I was making okay money through Google Adsense until they change something behind the scenes and revenue dropped to less than a dollar a day even though traffic has been steady.  The other is a food blog that focuses on spicy foods, and my posts for that were often appearing in the Top 5 search results for Google until they changed their algorithm in 2023 and traffic completely died.

I want to get away from Google Adsense and I also want to explore ways to improve my traffic because I believe both blogs satisfy a particular niche and should be bringing in a fair amount of readers on a regular basis.  The problem is that I am mostly focused on content, and I am not as proficient on the back end side maintaining the blogs and optimizing them to bring in new traffic.  I am especially behind on some of the newer tools that are out there, and I do not have a lot of time to learn them.

I do have some time to focus on these blogs over the next few months, though, and I am looking for an individual or company to help me build these into money-making sites.  I don’t have a huge budget for this, but I am willing to offer revenue sharing if somebody can build up traffic and income from ads or other sources.

If there is somebody who might be interested in partnering with me on this, please DM me so that we can discuss further.  Or if you know of companies out there that will assist with this, please let me know in the comments.  I’m at a point that I am either going to go forward full speed if I can make enough money, or cut back significantly on my blogging if I can’t, and I want to explore the options available.
