sweatlords or piloted accounts?

I'm wondering how can it be that until the last day of solo raid I was sub 1.5%, continuously improving my damage (not by much but still improvements), then on the last day either this many sweatlords appeared out of nowhere or this many piloted accounts. cuz I'm already down to 3.5%. and this is a regular occurence.
if it is sweaty players I wouldn't care, but I read somewhere that many people are piloting their accounts. and if it's that then it should be addressed, IMO
