When does it stop?

17M, my whole life I wanted to be better than others, be more intelligent, be more fit, more than what others are, I've gathered frustration all these years even though I was achieved what I wanted, that I need to be better, there's always more, more to learn, more to do, more to experience. I got my first job 1 year ago and I'm in school as well, I do everything I can to advance in the job, learn more about it, do everything to be better. It was a point where I was better than someone who was actually qualified for the job, paid for courses and had more experience than me. I worked faster, better, understood everything that I did and for once I really felt like I accomplished something, I really felt like I was someone. It was a mind-blowing subject for me. But when does it stop? For the past month I've been forcing myself to practice and my brain just says no, you're not doing this. I'm tired, I've had sleepless nights where I constantly thought about what people thought of me, if I could've done better or more, am I really doing something? Am I just being lazy? All I can say is that my brain is a mess and I'm very tired. Does this ever stop? The achieving? Am I doing something wrong?
