Need help finding my save files so I can install saves on Steam

Hello, I am trying to install the "(Almost) 100 percent Savegames and NG save" mod on Nexus so I can fast forward to the end of the game but I can't find where my save files are on steam. It says they should be in the "%APPDATA%\SEGA\P5R\Steam\<user-id>\savedata\" folder but I can't find them. I have also tried checking local files through steam and I have hidden files visible. I am not sure what I'm missing. Thank you in advance for any help
