9800X3D near MSRP in Europe?

I've been hunting for a 9800/7800X3D for MONTHS and the cheapest ones I could find are 170 US over MSRP. I live in Denmark and I know taxes are a thing, but 170 dollars? like my current CPU (7500F) is 180 at MSRP and I can find it AT that exact price with no issues, so it's not a tax problem, but a "shops purposely inflating the prices of those 2 specific models" problem.

I'm fine with pre owned hardware as long as the seller is legit, but I haven't even been able to find any AM5 X3D chips at all.
