Game CTD with Remiel installed

My game was working fine, then I installed Remiel, but she wasn't showing up.

I did some googling and it turns out the plugin gets disabled when you use the fomod installer, even if vortex says it's on for... some reason.

So, I turned it on in game, then my game started crashing, including after removing her.

That happens consistently if I turn her back on, and also turns off the following mods:

Koralina's Makeup Tweaks
Community Overlays 1-3
Female Make up Suite
Interesting NPCS
Dynamic Hotkey Activator

It does this on both my old save and a new one.

I'm on skyrim SE 1.5.97

Here's a pastebin;

Additionally, here's my load order according to the load order text file from vortex
