Remote play no longer connecting

I am a bit puzzled as remote play isn't working for me anymore. I know it was working a few days ago as I was watching at my parents. I am running my server on Ubuntu 24.04 and I did just update the server yesterday as I was prompted there was an update. The only other thing I did was restart the server a couple times as I was playing with NVIDIA drivers as I attempt to get hardware acceleration working.

The following things haven't changed from when it was working but wanted to provide this info. I do have a static internal IP set for the plex server. I am using AT&T BGW320-500 modem/router combo with wifi and firewall all off as I am using IP Passthrough to my own router (TP-Link BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7). I have my internal port (32400) and the external port forwarded that I am specifying in the app.

Any ideas what could have caused remote play to no longer work? It was going fine for days.
