What’s up with Lunardi’s projected seeding?

With March Madness around the corner, I am confused on Lunardi’s projected seeding. The #1-4 seeds are pretty spot on besides shuffling maybe a couple of teams. 5 seed and on are where things seem to be a little weird. I’m not saying which ones I think are weird to me because I don’t want to seem bias, For all I know I might just be a delusional fan. This is my first true post on Reddit so don’t destroy me please.
