Anyone interested in buying a flat near Rajarhat?

My father and I bought an apartment near Rajarhat in 2019 December. It is located at Hatisala, near Rajarhat.

When we bought it, it was a very underdeveloped, rural area. However, my father saw the potential for growth in it, and he decided to invest.

Recently, however, due to some bad investment decisions and harsh circumstances, our family is in want of money. My father is aged and he is battling several health issues. At this point, we, as a family, decided to sell our biggest asset, because at least my father is going to keep healthy and away from anxiety.

Since my parents are not very familiar with technology, I decided to come on reddit and see if anybody is looking for a flat to live or invest in.

Some details about the flat: It is north facing, on the first floor of a 7 storied building. Its in an apartment complex with about 60 other buildings. Carpet area is 916 sq.ft. Construction was finished in November last year, and the apartment itself is currently unfurnished. Lift, 24/7 electricty and water are available. Paid parking is also present. If anyone is looking to simply invest in a property, I would encourage looking at how fast this area and everything around it is growing. Most notably, its is only 15 minutes away from the new Infosys campus that was inaugurated last year.
