Encrypt file

I'm currently using an app called totp authenticator to get 2FA codes, but I recently switched phones to a oneplus 10 and it isn't letting me "restore from other location", when I download the backup file, it gives me a .encrypt file and when I wanna transfer it to the other phone, when I click "restore from other location" it doesn't let me open my files and says "permission denied". I can't give it permission either because it isn't asking for permission, I need help!!!
