Where can I buy wide leg pants and other Gen Z aesthetic in the city?

Hi folks, I've been going to a variety of general purpose stores as well as more expensive outlets such as Rainbow, Salvation Army and TJMAXX. I can't seem to find Gen Z type clothing especially for short people in the 25/26 Capri type inseam range. My budget is generally under $10 but I can go a little higher if it's the right item.

Every store that I'm aware of sells skinny jeans which I do not want. I'm trying to flush outdated items from my closet such as skinny jeans. I'm looking for the clothing brand: JNCO as well because my mom banned me from wearing it in the middle '90s. Please Advise.
