Quest 3 internet disconnection (both ethernet and wifi) once every 30 min - 2 hrs

I've been having frequent disconnections on my quest 3 no matter if its on wired ethernet or over wifi. If it disconnects on wifi, all wifi cannot be scanned/searched for a brief moment (similar to the wifi just turning off then on). As for the ethernet, similar thing where there isn't any internet for a brief moment which makes it frustrating to use while using VR Desktop and similar applications.
