Bow setup? General direction

Hey there. Not much of a meta chaser usually, but I also dont have a ton of time with my life right now so its hard to research all the conflicting opinions.

What are armor skills / deco skills that I should be going for? Artian weapon even if I only have rarity 7?

This is my current skill build:

2 attack boost, 2 fire attack, 2 focus, 3 con, 2 fire res, 2 stam surge, 2 partbreaker, 2 evade extender, 1 weakness exp, 1 agitator, 1 latent power, 1 heroics, 1 counterstrike, 1 maximum might, 1 thunder res, 1 flinch free, 1 adaptability

Using Artian fire bow rarity 7?, Dahaad helm, G Dosh chest gloves and belt, Balahara legs. Surge talisman 2
