AITAH

I’m a young female and I’m currently struggling with loneliness. One of my closest friends (F) ghosted me a few months back, and I’m not sure if I was the problem. We had been in a trio for years, and my friend had moved away. Over the years, I’ve tried to see her as often as I could, and I was the one mostly initiating conversations. Over the summer, I had gotten closer with our mutual friend (M), who was part of the trio. I had gone to a party, posted the photos online with our mutual friend (M), and that night my friend (F) blocked me on every platform. It’s funny because I’m now not friends with our mutual friend (M).

I won’t lie, I’ve been pestering her trying to get some sort of closure. Her new friends refuse to tell me the reason, and I am just stuck. I’ve left her and her friends alone, but I’m just struggling to move on as I’m sure I’ll never find someone like her.

I suppose I’m just trying to see if anyone has had any similar experiences - and what’s been the outcome? Not sure if I’m the asshole?
