Beeping noice: True wireless 3 ear bud (right)

So, my right ear bud is making weird beeping noice when I'm having any phone call, but when listening to music it's not. I have disconnected and paired again and checked newest update from the smart control app.

This are my second one because first one had same issue and got replaced.

Any tips and suggestions what can be do to fix this issue?
