How to know what client’s cost will be when using insurance?

I independently paneled with a few insurances and am feeling lost and overwhelmed. I can’t get access to Availity and I’ve talked to seven different customer service reps and they all say they have no idea why I can’t “register my organization” on Availity 🙄 How do I let clients know what their costs for certain CPT codes will be prior to us meeting?
