Labels are confusing. Can you help?

I purchased a product with thc 30.6 mg/g total 240.8mg/g

Purchased the same bud a week later thc 18.8mg/g total 261mg/g

Why is the one with 18.8 HIGHER total thc than the original I purchased at 30.6?
