I have over $2000 in toll bills. What do I do?

Against my better judgement, I've ignored my toll bills for a long time without realizing how bad they would get. I used to live paycheck to paycheck and had bad spending habits, so like an idiot I did nothing to resolve the bills.

Today I checked one of the collections letters I got and the amount is over $2000. What will happen to me if I don't pay and what should I do? There is no way I can pay that amount soon.
