How much Netflix Marvel is worth watching

When I heard about Daredevil Born Again I figured I’d start to watch all of the Marvel Netflix shows because I never watched them. I finished Daredevil s1, Jessica Jones s1, and Daredevil s2. I loved Daredevil and thought Jessica Jones was meh but I heard that iron fist and Luke cage are also kinda meh. Is it worth watching all of them or should I just watch the defenders, daredevil, and the punisher?
