Am i (19f) overreacting? About 20m

My ldr partner and I dated from late august to early January of this year (he broke up with me cuz he said he’d prefer a girl from his him country, he saw me as a friend, and that he doesn’t deserve my love.) to give context everything was fine till Nov when I had to snoop on his followers accounts to find out he had some random girl on it which I then had to nag him for 2 days till I found out it was his ex, i put up with it for a week before saying I’ll break up with him and he “blocked” her on everything. He then got cold and distant in December and broke up with me in January. He told me he was grounded in his decision. Until this February when I texted him randomly one night in Feb and he responded and asked to have another chance with me. We were ok for a week and now he’s resorted to his old ways when I told him we have to work together to build this relationship up( he won’t even voice call me and barely texts me) when he texts me with enthusiasm it’s for “pics” today I snapped and told him that I’m not ready and that Snapchat will always have those photos even if you delete them. We then got last that convo and it went straight back to one liners - anytime I say what he thinks he tells me he doesn’t wanna break up BUT STILL PREFERS A GIRL FROM HIS COUNTRY? I asked why he wants to still be with me and he just never responds to it. I also just don’t want to lose him after finally getting him back - what does a girl do?
