How does PC-66 Ram of the 1990s compare to gen5 SSDs?

I am from the days of PC-66 PC-100 and PC-133, I was reading PC-66 only transferred at around 550mb/s, with the fastest Gen5 Drives making 12-14000mb/s speeds, how do they compare?
