Want to build a new PC for improved Adobe Lightroom CC performance, especially for AI Denoise feature. Help appreciated!

Hi all!

I posted a while back to get some advice about upgrading my old PC, but in the time since I've been able to save up more funds for this project than I'd expected. With this in mind, I'd be really grateful for some guidance on how to proceed with this new build!

• New build or upgrade?
  • New build
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
  • Corsair RM850e 850-watt PSU, big Acer screen from Costco (can't find the exact model number now)
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
  • Mix of gaming and general purpose stuff, but especially Adobe Lightroom CC and its AI-powered features (especially Denoise)
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors)
  • In US, not near a Micro Center (will need to purchase my parts online)
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
  • N/A, will use my existing big Acer monitor for now
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
  • $2250 (roughly $2500 after tax)
• WiFi or wired connection?
  • Wired
• Size/noise constraints?
  • Prefer something on the smaller size - ideally equal to or less than my current PC (Fractal Design "Define Mini C")
• Color/lighting preferences?
  • Nothing specific really, other than not being interested in "RGB Madness"
• Any other specific needs?
  • I've really enjoyed my existing Fractal Design case, so I think I will go with the Fractal Design Define Mini 7 for this build (open to alternative cases, as long as they are the same dimensions or smaller, I can't go bigger than this in my workspace)
