Are you guilty of action code or amd. Action code [OH]

Asking because I’m trying to expunge and there is an exception where you cannot expunge if guilty under any section of ORC 4511.19 which my action code is but my guilty plea is technically in ORC 4511.202 which is allowed to be expunged. So I was originally charged with OVI and got it plead down to reckless driving. When applying for expungement/drafting argument will they look at the original action code or disregard it?
