[PC] [Pre 2018] Existential top downish puzzle game.

A platformer where you play as little sack boy esc white character. There are other characters in this game they all talk about the existential nature of the game, because every stage repeats infinitely so you can push a block from the bottom stage to the stage above it. And then it appears below you, sorry, if I'm not making sense. I know pushing blocks onto buttons is one part of the game. I'm pretty sure there's at least one n p c in every level that has something to say about the game for the kiI'm pretty sure there's at least 1 npc in every level that has something to say.
