is my lip filler migrated?

I had a 0,5 syringe of filler injected into my lips a year ago but right now my lips returned to their natural size. However I've noticed a "shelf" on my upper lip that I didn't have before the lip filler and I hate it because it makes it look like I have a mustache. It is more noticeable in certain lightings. Should I dissolve it or just wait?
