Is there any scientific suggestions on lenght of microneedling sessions?

I microneedle for almost 30 minutes for the entirety of my hairline (not Just the hairline but the entire zone) with Dermapen because I never get the redness, I still don't get the redness after doing It but at least I know I did something.

How long do you microneedle for?
