Stadium Experience Rant

I’ve been attending IPL matches since the very first DC match long long ago and have attended many seasons. While I never paid much attention before, I’ve recently noticed a significant drop in the quality of in-stadium entertainment.

The MC, a Hindi speaking announcer, genuinely tries to connect with the Telugu crowd, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t resonate. The song choices by our DJ are often completely out of sync with the moment he just plays trending music, making the atmosphere feel forced rather than electrifying. Compare this to CSK’s DJ, who plays bangers that are perfectly timed and adds to the excitement.

These small details matter more than we realise, they shape the entire matchday experience. It’s disappointing to see this decline, and I sincerely hope someone relays this feedback to the management.
