2021/2023 Birth Year Wines

As the title suggests, I'm looking for recommendations for birth year wines for my 2 kids born 2021 and 2023. I just very recently got more serious into wine (migrating over from being a long-time whisky drinker) so unfortunately I missed the boat on 2021 Bordeaux futures but managed to get a bunch of 2023 Bordeaux futures for my son.

For him I got:

• Château Gruaud Larose 2023 x 2

• Château Giscours 2023 x 2

• Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande 2023 x 1

Looking for recommendations for maybe 1 more bottle of 2023 for my son (debating between Montrose or Léoville-Las Cases) and suggestions for 2021 cause I currently don't have any.

Ideally I would like each bottle to be no more than $350 CAD max (if less than that, great) and available in Ontario (namely LCBO). I missed the boat on getting a 2021 Sassi so looking for other choices. Again, I'm fairly new to wine so I'm still exploring my taste, but so far I find I like Cali CabSauv (Opus One, Artemis) and CdP.
