Query regarding Tetanus Toxoid booster shots here

How long to their effects last? Internet says 10 years, people around say 1-5 years, meanwhile the last time I got one from a pharmacist said it lasts a month only.

So need help here.

I also got one a month and half back and then got a razor cut today, should I go get another? And is it fine to get repeated shots for safety in a short span?
