March 11, 2025-Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled
IO said oath ceremony will probably be in a month. My appointment was at 2:40 pm I got there at 2, showed my appointment notice then went through security. Security sent me to a window where I gave my notice and was told to sit and listen for my name. IO called me in @2:40. She told me to keep standing and raise my right hand while she read me the sworn testimony. She asked for my green card and passport then started the civics test. I was asked the following:- 1)Name on US territory 2)Name of the speaker of the house 3)Name of the governor 4)How many US senators 5)Name of US senator 6)What’s the two political party of the US
She then asked me to read the question on the tablet which was “who can vote?” and write “Citizens can vote.” We moved on to the N-400, she basically confirmed everything on the form like my name, DOB, where I was born, where I work, if I’m married and then the yes or no questions. She mentioned to me that I had sufficient evidence that nothing more was needed and that I’m approved. I was stressing for no reason. Thankful that it all went smoothly.
