Hormonal IUD vs Nuvaring?

I’ve had both, but we are completely against another child for at least 3 years and my last IUD rejected after 10 months.

I was on nuvaring 2010-2017, NFP until 2021, had Mirena 2022, went back to NFP, and then had a 2025 baby.

If I’m being honest we aren’t looking for any barrier methods, and I have horrible periods so I’d like to avoid the copper IUD, but would like the safest option hormonally. Obviously unless we are abstinent there’s a chance, but I’m afraid of my IUD rejecting and I don’t know. But I’m also worried about access to birth control in the US.
