Withheld information

I just had my 2nd craniotomy for recurring AVMs and multiple aneurysms. My scan 24hrs post-op showed a 15×12×15 mm hemorrhage, new from my normal post-op bleeding. Why wasn't I told about this?? (I found out via PocketHealth)
