Does Seroquel or gaba cause false positives?

Hi fam. I’ve had five positive UA’s for fent and I haven’t used in 6 months. When they send it for confirmation, it comes back negative but a few times my counselor forgot to tell me, so I wasn’t able to get them sent for further testing. I’m at risk of losing my carries and I really need to figure out what is causing the false positives. I only take seroquel and gabapentin. Does anyone know if these can cause false positives?
