Buspar or sertraline?

My pcp wants me to try sertraline, but I have bad anxiety thinking about how it can cause anxiety to start. My therapist says buspar might be a better fit? I’m just tired of the anxiety and panic and fight or flight feeling. I just want my life back and meds scare me now😭
