Jury duty - what can I bring in with me?

Hi

Seen some old posts about chargers, books, tablets? Am I able to use a back pack to bring this stuff in? Are we given time to grab lunch in the area? Water/drinks? What other parking options are there if I get too late to park in the main parking lot? I don't want to get there at 7 am to start waiting
