Is there something I can do??

Hey guys, so recently I bought perm buddha along with 2x mastery and 2x money on my alt account (lvl 700) because my main is currently suspended, so I could just trade those things from my alt to my main. But here’s the thing. Due to my stupidity and oversight I bought these items directly and not as a gift to myself, which is why I don't have them in my inventory and can't trade them at all. Is there something I can do about it?
