Is Bill considered a good boss in the industry?

From what can gather in the sports world gossip/inside baseball, he’s a good GM who has real eye for talent but doesn’t pay up to market competitive wage, and that’s why Ringer has a talent retention problem imo. I do feel though that he gives talent free reigns over what they want to do compared to yahoo/espn/athletic and most of the time when Ringer talent moved on, I rarely see them breaking through to my feed anymore (RIP KOC)
