Can Fixing Your Breathing Improve Your Posture?

I recently learned that how you breathe can affect your posture and muscle tension. If you breathe mostly with your chest and shoulders, it can lead to:

🔹 Neck and shoulder tension🔹 Bad posture (hunched forward)🔹 Less oxygen and CO₂ balance

I tested this with Capnio, and sure enough, when I shifted to diaphragmatic breathing, my CO₂ levels became more stable, and my shoulders felt way less tight. Anyone else noticed this connection?
