UCMJ Threat

Hi so I am just hopping on here to ask a question. My husband has been threatened with a UCMJ if he misses one more morning formation. Normally, that would make since, you miss a hit time over and over then of course you are gonna be counseled and probably UCMJ’d. However, my husband has sleep issues enough so he was recommended a sleep study and has one scheduled and has a history of it being a major problem in his life. He makes sure everyone knows that he has it and is doing his best to get it diagnosed (provider keeps pushing back the test at their own convenience)

My question is, is this right or okay for them to do?

These people are also the same ones that wanted my medical info on my appointments and only stopped after I told them that it was a violation of HIPPA to keep asking me and demanding to know where I’m going, what for, and how long (as if I know how long a doc office will have me wait)

I will preface that if this gets too popular, I will take it down to avoid it getting to certain individuals and my husband potentially suffering retaliation.

I am a vet myself and was never treated this was BUT I was a weekend warrior and he’s active so ik there’s a huge difference between the two
