Belly shape post C-section

Before all, I must say I am currently pregnant with my second, but this is an issue from before getting pregnant again.

Anyone who has had a C-section has found themselves having a really weird belly shape after it? I'm not talking about the little belly pouch, and also not immediately after the surgery, I'm talking months and months after it. My belly is now very strange looking, in that the part on top of the belly button is bigger, oftentimes "hard", while the part under is softer and less big. That gives for a very weird appearance. I joke to my Husband that they put my organs back the wrong way after the surgery... I know for sure I didn't use to look like this! Anyone else experience it and know what it is that cause it?
