Severe Tail Pocket Bleeding

My girl is very old and a rescue. She has been having serious issues with her anal glands rupturing and bleeding. Then i noticed her tail pocket was raw and bleeding so i bought some of the squish face wrinkle paste and applicator to start putting in her tail pocket. It seemed to be helping until last night around 1am. She went outside to have a bowel movement and came inside and immediately started to scoot her butt on her bed which usually is a sign of her tail pocket bothering her. she stood up and blood was POURING out of her backside like a river. She was clearly in a lot of pain. I know I obviously need to get her to a better but has anyone else ever had a serious bleeder and what do you guys use to stop bleeding? I basically put Douxo foam all over her butt and slathered as much wrinkle paste i could. It’s extremely hard for me to locate exactly where she’s bleeding from because she’s running around trying to bite me while bleeding everywhere. help.
