Can I reactivate a Shopify trial for €1 after canceling it?

I'm trying to understand how the Shopify trial plan at €1 per month works. I read that the promotion lasts 3 months, but I have a doubt: if I cancel the subscription before the end of the trial and then reactivate it later, can I continue with the €1 per month offer, or will I immediately be charged the standard €21 plan?
