Sign fell on my car and business won’t reach out to me

A few days ago in Texas. A sign fell and scratched a few cars at our parking lot. It was from the local business right next to our building. They said the owner was out of town and wouldn’t be back til Tuesday. I called on Tuesday looking for the owner for insurance purposes. My car is 2025 and have had it for barely two years. The damages are over 4k. I left my information multiple times and emailed them and nothing. At this point I am considering contacting a lawyer. What kind of lawyer would I look into getting?
