Not a caching issue..

I haven't used wordpress for a long long time, but I'm doing it with BlueHost. The site is updated only in the browser that I'm using to make the changes. Another browser on my same computer won't update to show the changes. I changed the caching settings on Wordpress (took caching off actually, to try it) and nothing changed. I think it's got something to do with the server maybe? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe I just have to be more patient..
