Can’t sleep through the night

Idk if it’s directly a consequence of my Ed but my bladder is really weak now. I’ve been finding that I keep on waking a couple times during the night because I need to pee which i just find really frustrating and annoying. Especially when I don’t have a lot of fluids anyway
