Does anyone else find that the narc parent always win and the victim/kid (you) loses?

I always feel that I'm losing against my narc mother and narc former father figure; everything is always in their favour while things are not in my favour. I'm so tired of my abusers winning all the time while I'm losing everything including my sanity - it's not fair. It's not wonder why victims end up committing suicide and self harm.
