Samsung G6 - Colour Space

I can’t seem to find much information online in regards to if colour space settings add any form of processing & input delay.

I mainly play competitive games and by default my monitor was set to Native, for context I don’t use HDR. I’ve now changed this to Auto from the default which now I believe is set to sRGB? My game now feels much smoother does anyone know if the other colour space settings add additional processing or is this just a placebo?
