Referral issues

Has anyone else had issues referring drivers? I referred a friend months ago and she delivered and that one has shown up in my referral progress. I referred my brother to drive and he finished signing up and delivered multiple deliveries and the referral is nowhere in the progress section. Support says that they never used my referral code which is a lie because I was right there when they signed up and used my code.
