Does anyone believe that Stephan brings his own towels to Jenn’s house?

In an LE interview, Jenn claims that there is a “foreign towel,” that she doesn’t recognize. She implies that it must belong to Stephan, and that therefore Stephan must have showered.

I for one don’t believe that Stephan brings any towels to a Jenn’s house!

So what is Jenn trying to do by claiming she’s never seen the towel before?
