Does Breathing Affect How You Sleep? (Spoiler: YES!)
Ever wake up feeling groggy even after a full night's sleep? Turns out, how you breathe at night could be the problem. Poor breathing can cause:
- Snoring & sleep apnea
- Nighttime panic attacks
- Restless sleep & waking up tired
- I started using Capnio to track my nighttime breathing, and I noticed my CO₂ levels were dropping way too low while sleeping. Making small breathing adjustments before bed has dramatically improved my rest. Have you experimented with breathwork for better sleep?
